Originally from England, John moved to San Marcos to earn a bachelor’s degree in advertising at Texas State University. This knowledge, coupled with his experience in hospitality management and personal training, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, working one-on-one with buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing property listings.

John has been living in San Marcos for over 10 years and is excited to share his expertise about the Hill Country’s market trends, growth, and future real estate opportunities. Past professional clients often describe him as open-minded, creative, and fun to work with.

John currently resides in downtown San Marcos. He enjoys swimming in the San Marcos River, supporting local businesses, developing new relationships, and spending time with friends and family.
