Prior to becoming a Realtor she worked as a legal assistant and owned a Title Search company wherein she performed title searches throughout the United States. Wimberley is a very eclectic city with an even more eclectic RE inventory. The range is all over and across the board from low to high-end properties. I knew I needed a seasoned, experienced and Wimberley savvy RE agent on my team. I did some searching on different Wimberley RE sites and worked with a few other folks. Once I landed with Mickey, I knew I had the right person for my needs. Mickey did the research I asked her to, she stuck to the parameters I set and found a wide array of properties to show us so that I could gain an understanding of what’s out there. She studied us and realized what I really wanted without me asking specifically. She knew I was searching for a property that could also generate income with Long and Short rentals and she found a GEM. I remember the morning I received the email with the MLS link, I had to go out and see it immediately. Naturally, it was perfect and it was love at first site. Now the fun stuff started up, inspections, negotiations, walk thru, title companies, insurance, lenders, closing and more. Mickey aced every level of the transaction. She was impeccably organized and kept all tasks on a strict timeline in order to meet all key dates. She knew all the right people to get it done and then some. She also gave very seasoned advice to the questions I had and made a lot of recommendations that all turned out to be on target.
